Privacy and Data Handling

Prepare source data thoughtfully and handle reports responsibly.

Use the minimum data needed

Add only the review, support, refund, marketplace, and research fields needed to answer the project question. Remove credentials, payment details, and other unnecessary sensitive information before uploading a source.

Keep sources understandable

Record the origin and collection date in the source name. Clear provenance makes it easier to judge whether a finding is current, representative, and appropriate to share.

Review before distribution

Inspect source quotes and quality signals before exporting or sharing a report. Do not treat generated summaries as a substitute for customer research, professional judgment, or a decision owner's review.
