Field mapping
Map incoming columns to the information the workflow needs. Review text and source type are the essential inputs; ratings, products, platforms, competitors, and dates add useful context. Confirm the preview when the mapping reflects the source accurately.
Evidence extraction
Extraction creates individual Evidence records with source text, normalized signals, confidence, and source metadata. Use the confidence and quote to judge whether an item is ready to influence a decision.
Corrections and history
Use feedback to correct an Evidence item when the source was interpreted incorrectly or needs context. Changes are versioned so the team can see what changed and return to an earlier version when needed.
Data quality
Reports show a quality gate when the evidence is too limited for a strong conclusion. Add relevant, representative sources before treating a pattern as a high-confidence finding.
