Create a project and prepare your first evidence source.
Start with a decision
Create an Insight project for one clear question: a product issue, competitor claim, support pattern, category decision, or content opportunity. Give the project a name that makes the decision easy to recognize later.
Add an evidence source
Add a CSV or XLSX export, or paste text from reviews, support notes, refund reasons, marketplace pages, or competitor research. Use a source name that identifies where the information came from and when it was collected.
Review before extraction
CommerceInsight creates a preview before extraction. Confirm the field mapping so review text, ratings, products, platforms, and competitors are interpreted correctly. Then run extraction to create structured Evidence.
Read the first report
Open the project report to review the quality gate, source quotes, recurring pain points, risk signals, and recommended next actions. Treat a report as a starting point for team review, not an automatic decision.
